www.harklinikken.ae is owned and operated by Harklinikken Hair Care Center LLC trading as Harklinikken, for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “we" or “us") in the United Arab Emirates. Harklinikken Hair Care Center LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 671940 and its registered office at PO Box 72814, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Offers & Promotions

Offers and promotions are only valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Website Terms

Please read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website as together they form our Website Terms governing your utilization of our Website and Website services. We may change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the Website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates. When you place an Order through our Website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Website Terms then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.

Eligibility

We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter binding Orders with us. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal or gift use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.

Registration

It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate and complete. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. By registering or placing an Order on the Website you warrant that you meet the Eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects.

Hårklinikken Plus Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Harklinikken Plus ("Program") is operated by Harklinikken Hair Care Center LLC ("Company"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. The Program is free and intended solely for personal use by individual customers. Commercial, partnership, or resale use is strictly prohibited. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase from us or participate in the Program.

Definitions

The "Company" refers to Harklinikken Hair Care Center LLC, the UAE-based operator of the Program. The "Program" refers to the Harklinikken Plus loyalty offering through which members earn and redeem points called "Hair Miles." A "Member" is any individual customer who enrolls in the Program. "Hair Miles" are promotional points earned on qualifying purchases and have no cash value. A "Qualifying Purchase" is the purchase of eligible full-priced Harklinikken products or bundles. A "Tier" represents a level of membership with corresponding benefits. A "Participating Region" is the country or region where the Program is offered and valid.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or above who register with valid personal and contact details. Only one account per individual is permitted. By signing up, you agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Commercial, Partnership, or Resale Exclusion

The Program is intended for personal use only. Purchases made for resale, business, clinic, or partnership use are strictly excluded from the Program. You will not earn Hair Miles or receive discounts or benefits on such purchases. The Company reserves the right to audit transactions, revoke earned points, deny Tier status, or terminate accounts found to be associated with commercial or partnership activities. Commercial entities have no claim to Loyalty Program rewards or compensation.

Earning Hair Miles

You will earn Hair Miles on the net value of Qualifying Purchases, which excludes VAT, shipping, and other fees. Hair Miles are not earned on consultations, gift cards, or purchases where Hair Miles or other discounts were used. Hair Miles will be credited once your purchase is confirmed. If you return a product, the associated Hair Miles will be deducted. Accrual rates may vary by region depending on pricing structures and tax rules.

Redeeming Hair Miles

Hair Miles can be redeemed only for full-priced Harklinikken products or bundles. You must have enough Hair Miles to cover the full redemption value of the selected product. Partial redemptions are not allowed. Only the account holder can redeem Hair Miles, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or used alongside other promotions unless otherwise specified.

Tier Status

As you earn Hair Miles and make purchases, you may achieve higher Tier levels such as Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each Tier unlocks incremental benefits. Your Tier status is calculated on a calendar year basis and remains active through the end of that year. If you do not requalify the following year, your Tier will reset. Tiers are valid only in the region where they were earned.

Hair Miles Expiry

Your Hair Miles will remain valid as long as you make at least one Qualifying Purchase every 12 months. If no such purchase is made in a 12-month period, your Hair Miles will expire. The Company may notify you of upcoming expirations but is not obligated to do so. Expired Hair Miles cannot be reinstated.

Referral Program

To be eligible to earn Hair Miles through referrals, you must have completed at least one Qualifying Purchase before the referral date. Referrals made before your first purchase will not count. Referred individuals must be new Harklinikken customers who complete a Qualifying Purchase. Referral rewards may be limited to a certain number per year. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral, may result in disqualification and loss of earned points.

Limitations

Hair Miles and membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. You cannot combine them across accounts or with other promotional programs unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any misuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity or misrepresentation, may result in forfeiture of points and membership termination. Program rewards have the same warranty as regularly purchased items. Harklinikken is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, subject to UAE law.

Program Changes and Discontinuation

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Harklinikken Plus Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. This includes the ability to modify how Hair Miles are earned, redeemed, or calculated, as well as changes to Tier criteria and associated benefits.

In the event that the Program is suspended or terminated, any unused Hair Miles will be forfeited. Hair Miles are promotional in nature and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or any other form of compensation.

By participating in the Program, you agree that the Company is under no obligation to provide any benefit, reward, or alternative compensation in the event of Program modification or discontinuation, regardless of Hair Miles accumulated or Tier status achieved.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. You may contact UAE consumer protection authorities if you believe your rights have been violated. If any clause in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. In the case of translated versions, the English version will prevail.

Pricing Updates

Hårklinikken reserves the right to adjust product pricing periodically to reflect changes in ingredient sourcing, production, and fulfillment costs. Updated prices will apply to all new orders and active subscriptions placed going forward.

Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes affecting their plan. Continued use of our products or services following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
